Is their a standard protocol for when e-mail blasts are most effective and should be sent out? For example, when sending a product review e-mail or a new product campaign e-mail, is say Friday at 6pm or Monday at 9am pretty standard in regards to conversion? Thanks.

HTML button in email?

I am not sure a form button can be embeded in a HTML email. Lisa's tips works on web page, but I am not sure if email clients, such as Outlook will recognize it. Or it will pass security check in web based email clients like Gmail or Hotmail. All buttons I've seen in HTML emails are graphic buttons. Any one has experiences on this issue?

None of these tests should involve a major time or financial commitment, and certainly you don't want to try them all at once. However, don't take shortcuts and apply any changes to your list until you have tested them repeatedly. A change might indeed bring you better one-time results that don't pan out in the long run.
