Well, this is a new one for me, but it certainly isn't anything to do with your meta data.  I'd need some more information from you, but I think it is likely related to the Google Site Search that you have enabled on your site.  Perhaps they are providing a way to submit your internal results for indexing.

and provide me with some additional information (i.e. Was this the normal SERP's? What keyword phrases were you searching with?  Where was the request from Google located (in the individual results vs bottom of the page etc.)).
