			<description>Great article as we have just finished a client integration (moved form Goldmine/CRM to Salesforce) - 1 Silo down. The next step of the phased implementation is to integrate 3 other email management silos into Salesforce. I believe that any business operating in silos should make sales and marketing resources integration (email/crm) their number 1 priority as they plan 2010.
